These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to heartlin.com and related Heartlin Commercial Supply (“Heartlin,” “we,” “us”) online properties. By using the site, requesting a quote, or placing an order through our team, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we serve

Heartlin primarily supplies commercial foodservice operators, contractors, and related businesses. Some products ship only to commercial receiving addresses. We may decline residential or non-commercial orders at our discretion.

2. Catalog, pricing, and quotes

Product descriptions, images, and list prices on this website are informational. Availability, lead times, freight, taxes, and final configuration change the delivered price. Binding pricing appears only on a written Heartlin quote, order confirmation, or invoice. Quotes are typically valid for the period stated on the document (often 14–30 days) unless withdrawn earlier due to manufacturer or freight changes.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are accepted when Heartlin confirms them in writing. We may require deposits for special-order, custom, or high-value equipment. Title and risk of loss transfer according to the stated Incoterms or freight terms on your confirmation. Unpaid balances may result in shipment holds or cancellation fees on non-stock items.

4. Shipping and receiving

Freight options (common carrier, liftgate, inside delivery, scheduled windows) must be selected before shipment. Inspect crates at delivery and note visible damage on the carrier bill of lading. Concealed damage must be reported promptly per carrier and manufacturer rules. See our Shipping page for operational guidance.

5. Returns and cancellations

Stocked goods may be eligible for return within the window stated on your invoice, subject to restocking fees and original packaging. Special-order, used, installed, or customized items are generally non-returnable. Cancellations after manufacturer release may incur charges. Contact hello@heartlin.com before returning anything.

6. Warranties and service

Manufacturer warranties apply as published by each brand. Heartlin’s warranty routing desk assists buyers with claim intake but does not expand manufacturer coverage unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Installation, utilities, and local code compliance remain the customer’s responsibility unless contracted separately.

7. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to: (a) scrape or harvest content for competing catalogs without permission; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; (c) upload malware or disruptive code; (d) misuse forms for spam; or (e) misrepresent your identity or business when requesting quotes. We may suspend access for abuse.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos (including the Heartlin mark), and imagery are owned by Heartlin or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse them without written permission, except for fair use or ordinary business communication about products you purchase from us.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal and business information is described in our Privacy Policy. Quote forms collect contact details needed to respond to your request.

10. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is.” Heartlin does not warrant uninterrupted access or that every specification on the site is error-free. Always confirm cut sheets, utilities, and dimensions before installation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heartlin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on catalog information. Our aggregate liability related to site use is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amounts you paid Heartlin for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Franklin County, Ohio, have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the website, unless a signed purchase agreement specifies otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
